End Of Life Care – Our End-of-life care staff support individuals who are in the final stages of a terminal illness. The goal of end-of-life care is to help individuals maintain their comfort, dignity, and quality of life, while addressing any physical, emotional, or spiritual needs and use of medications and other therapies to manage symptoms and relieve pain.
